1 If your item isn’t quite what you wanted you can return it for refund up to 14 days after the delivery date.

Product being returned for refund must be in its original packaging. Both the product and packaging
must be undamaged; this includes, but is not limited to, writing over the packaging and removing the inner packing.
Please use an outer box so that writing and courier's labels can be used without damaging the product packaging.
The package should include your original paperwork. Your name and invoice number should be written
on the transit packaging (not on the product packaging) So we can identify who to credit. We will also need
a brief note as to why the product is being returned.

Items returned without an invoice number/customer name could be subject to delay in processing.

3 When we receive the product we will:
(i) In the case of faulty product (provided such fault has not been created by user or third party damage) send
you a replacement product within 24hrs subject to stock availability. We will also credit your account with
the original delivery charge to compensate you for charges incurred in returning the product.
(ii) In the case of unwanted product credit your account within 24hrs for the price of the product but not the
delivery charge provided that
(a) The product has been returned in its original packaging unopened and undamaged.
(b) The product was delivered to you not more than 14 days before the date of receipt by us.
